Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of OrionCmd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use OrionCmd for a business or client, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.
The Service
OrionCmd provides outside-in website, domain, email, certificate, security-exposure, and reachability monitoring, along with alerts, reports, status pages, and optional authorized security scans. Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and monitoring-target information.
- Use the service lawfully and avoid disrupting OrionCmd or other systems.
- Add only targets you are permitted to monitor. You must affirm authorization before enabling optional scans and must keep that authorization current.
- Review findings and decide what action to take; OrionCmd does not repair, administer, or secure your systems for you.
Plans and Billing
OrionCmd offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Current prices, limits, and included features appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid-plan billing is handled by Whop. Charges may recur until cancellation, and plan changes or cancellation take effect as described at checkout or in the billing interface. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You may not use OrionCmd to scan targets without authorization, evade access controls, distribute malware, interfere with service availability, or violate another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties.
No Guarantee
OrionCmd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, detection of every outage or vulnerability, prevention of incidents, error-free reports, or any particular security or business outcome. OrionCmd is not a substitute for professional security advice, backups, incident response, or your own operational controls.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OrionCmd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid for OrionCmd during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending Use and Changes
You may stop using OrionCmd at any time. We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms by posting a revised date here. Material changes apply prospectively. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
