What OrionCmd Does

OrionCmd monitors websites for uptime, SSL certificate health, DNS changes, email authentication, breach exposure, external security findings, reachability probes, and optional authorized scans. To do that, it collects and stores information about the websites and firewall endpoints you ask it to watch and about your account.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name and email address, provided through our sign-in provider when you create an account.
  • Monitoring targets — the domains and URLs you add, plus the check results OrionCmd gathers about them (certificate details, DNS records, HTTP headers, and similar publicly observable data).
  • Alert destinations — email addresses, webhook URLs, or chat channel endpoints you configure to receive alerts.
  • Status page subscriptions — email addresses of people who subscribe to a public status page you publish.

How We Use It

Only to run the service: performing checks, sending the alerts and reports you asked for, and showing you results in your dashboard. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Services We Rely On

OrionCmd is built on trusted third-party services that process some data on our behalf:

  • Authentication and sign-in (Clerk)
  • Email delivery for alerts and reports (Resend)
  • Billing and paid-plan management (Whop)
  • Application hosting (Replit)
  • Public security data sources queried about the domains you monitor — for example certificate transparency logs, breach databases (Have I Been Pwned), and threat reputation services (Google Safe Browsing). We send these services the domain being checked, never your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Retention & Deletion

Monitoring history is kept while your account is active so trends and reports stay accurate. If you delete a monitor, new data collection for it stops. If you want your account and its data removed, email support@orioncmd.com.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
